The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, NJ, invites energetic international students to join its Food & Beverage team as Food Runners for the Summer to Fall season.

As a Food Runner, you bridge the kitchen and guest experience, delivering orders quickly, assisting servers, and maintaining a pristine dining area. This tipped position offers weekly earnings through tips and a supportive, international team environment.

Qualifications

• University student status and J-1 visa eligibility required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
• Support servers and bussers during busy services.
• Reset and polish tables between guests; restock stations.
• Assist with dining room setup and closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
