SEAS Bismore Park Greeter/Gate Attendant

The Barnstable Parking Division is currently accepting applications to fill temporary Gateway Greeter/Parking Attendant positions at Bismore Park Welcome Center located in Hyannis Harbor.

The Gateway Greeters are uniformed seasonal positions serving as one of the primary points of contact for the hundreds of visitors that arrive at Bismore Park on a daily basis during the peak visitation period. Applicants must be able to handle, collect, account for money and remit fees; must be knowledgeable about Barnstable, Cape Cod and the Islands, geography, events, attractions, and historical destinations, and possess strong enthusiasm about providing customer service to all ages. Also, monitors and contributes towards parking management, including the issuance of parking citations. A minimum of two years of education above high school is required, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

REQUIRED TO WORK DAYS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

$20.50 hourly, no benefits
