Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Media Supervisor, Search to join the Performance Media Team. You will lead SEM/PPC strategy, planning and reporting for assigned campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and campaign KPIs.

You will collaborate with analysts and other media disciplines, drive QA, optimization and training initiatives, and contribute to process improvements across offices. Travel as needed is required; pharma/healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience executing and planning SEM/PPC campaigns.
• Experience interacting directly with clients and delivering flawless campaigns.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major search engines.
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data.
• Certification in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is required; GA experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support the business.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, planning & presentation development for campaigns and market insights.
• New business support for RFPs and proposals as applicable.
• Client management to ensure flawless delivery and reporting.
• Execution of campaigns with KPI focus and QA; optimize and report.
• Training, mentoring & onboarding of junior team members.
• Measurement & reporting with test & learn analyses.
