Role Description

This full-time remote role involves developing and executing effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance online visibility and website performance. As a Search Engine Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing on-page content, improving website rankings through link-building, and analyzing web traffic using analytics tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve online performance will also be a vital part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in keyword research, SEO audits, on-page/technical optimization, and link-building for client or multi-site projects
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and brand growth (LinkedIn B2B a plus)
  • Proficiency with analytics/SEO/social tools for tracking, reporting, and optimizing performance across different client accounts
  • Deep knowledge of search engines, algorithms, ranking factors, and how social signals contribute to visibility
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills: ability to explain complex SEO/social concepts simply, manage expectations, and deliver results
  • Excellent problem‑solving, creativity, and proactive tracking of fast‑evolving SEO/social trends
  • 3+ years of professional experience in SEO, social media management, digital marketing, or equivalent (client/agency experience highly valued); a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related is preferred but not required, relevant hands‑on experience fully substitutes and is prioritized
