gpac is seeking motivated individuals to join as Executive Search Recruiting Partners. This entrepreneurial, commission-driven career lets you build relationships with clients and candidates, identify top talent, and control your income from anywhere in the United States.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to develop the skills needed to succeed, with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and a base salary starting at $35,568 annually.

• Cold call, interview, and prepare candidates and clients for the hiring process.
• Assist with negotiations and placements.
• Conduct professional reference checks.
• Utilize recruiting technology and tools to manage your business.
• Continuously grow your client and candidate network.

Unlimited Earning Potential

This is a commission-driven opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Earn 30%-75% of your production, with unlimited commission potential.

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, paid twice monthly, plus uncapped commissions.
