Search Consultant - Entry Level (Remote Recruiter)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Search Consultant to join our team at gpac. As a Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule, although office hours are 8:00 - 5:00 CST. With our commission-based structure, your earnings potential is uncapped, providing you with ample opportunity to achieve financial success. You will earn between 30% - 75% of your production, with top producers earning between $250K - $500K per year!

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
2. Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of specific job openings.
3. Build and maintain a strong network of professionals and industry contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
4. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
5. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
7. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
8. Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial for both parties.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay informed about the job market and recruitment practices.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a search consultant, recruitment specialist, or similar role is helpful but not required.
2. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
5. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
8. Proficiency or the ability to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
9. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
