Aux Talent, partnering with a leading executive search firm in Austin, is hiring an Executive Search Analyst. This is an entry‑to‑mid level role focused on research, candidate sourcing, and market intelligence to support senior leadership searches.

You will work closely with recruiters and Partners to map leadership talent, identify opportunities, and build relationships with clients while developing your career through a clear Analyst → Senior Analyst → Associate progression.

Aux Talent is partnering with a highly regarded executive search firm in Austin to hire an Executive Search Analyst to join their growing team. This is a great early-career opportunity for someone interested in recruiting, business, research, and relationship building who wants to learn the executive search industry from the ground up.

The firm partners with founders and leadership teams at growing companies to identify and hire senior leaders and executives. Working closely with recruiters and Partners, the Analyst will help research companies and industries, identify and evaluate leadership talent, map candidate markets, and support executive searches from kickoff through completion.

This team is highly focused on development and is intentionally looking for someone early in their career who is smart, curious, polished, highly organized, and eager to learn. There is a clear path from Analyst → Senior Analyst → Associate, with the opportunity to grow into a more candidate-facing recruiting role over time.
