Qualifications

• Experience with gutter installation, roofing-related work, or exterior construction, including measuring, cutting, and safely working at heights.
• Ability to use hand and power tools (e.g., snips, drills, saws, ladders) and operate gutter machines or forming equipment safely and accurately.
• Knowledge of basic building, drainage, and water management principles, including gutter slopes, downspout placement, and leak prevention.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to inspect and identify issues with gutters, flashing, and rooflines.
• Reliable transportation to job sites within the Greater San Luis Obispo Area and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety practices, including proper ladder use, fall protection, and handling of materials on roofs and elevated surfaces.
• Clear, professional communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting respectfully with customers.
• Ability to lift and carry materials, perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Role Description
