Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Typically 2+ years engineering experience in manufacturing/automotive/industrial environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and documentation.
• Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or NX.

Responsibilities

• Perform general engineering functions related to sealing design and applications.
• Support development of design solutions and technical concepts for sealing solutions.
• Analyze warranty data and field performance to identify root causes and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop and update seal designs using 2D/3D CAD tools to meet requirements.
• Lead or support corrective actions, quality alignment, and VA/VE cost reduction projects.
