Qualifications

• Inspect pre/post shifts for quality and safety.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and monitor operation.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and 5S practices.
• Communicate with associates to ensure product quality enters sealing equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor sealing line to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment.
• Educate team on quality standards and process changes.
• Monitor waste and reduce product giveaway where possible.
• Maintain 5S standards and keep tools organized.
• Support safe, clean and compliant production area.
