Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair residential and government appliances (refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, etc.)
• Perform diagnostic tests using appropriate tools and knowledge
• Document work performed and parts used for service calls
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain company vehicle and provide equipment
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional manner
• Stay updated with manufacturer training and certifications
• Adhere to environmental guidelines for refrigerant recapture and disposal

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Sealed System Refrigeration Systems
• EPA or CFC Certification
• Recapture Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely
• Bi-weekly Pay Cycle
• Overtime Potential
• Safety Equipment Provided (helmets, gloves, etc.)
• Training and Certifications Provided (OSHA, manufacturer training, fall protection, etc.)
• Smartphone or Tablet Provided

Work Schedule:

Full-time with a flexible schedule based on technician availability and service demand.
