We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Supervisor for our Nashville crew. As the Pavement Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage various projects across the city.

Company Overview: EverLine Coatings and Services is a leading line painting and pavement maintenance company, offering services for parking lots, garages, warehouses, and more, including asphalt seal coating and crack filling.

Job Summary: Our Crew Lead utilizes specialized equipment and materials to maximize pavement asset value.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment for line painting, crack filling, seal coating, etc.
• Plan and oversee high-quality project execution
• Communicate daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Supervise crew members
• Complete reports
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, critical thinker, problem solver
