Job summary

Busch’s is seeking a meat/seafood service professional in Michigan to join our family-owned team. Starting wage up to $19.20/hr with experience, with Daily Pay option and a 401K with company match.

You’ll assist guests, prepare products at the counter, and help merchandise and stock department items. Responsibilities include selling meat/seafood with product knowledge, maintaining service and self-service cases, and upholding Busch’s hospitality standards while collaborating with guests, vendors

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 3 years’ experience in meat/seafood service.
• Knowledge of cooking and preparation techniques of meat/seafood products.
• Food safety certification.
• Proficient merchandising skills to create fresh and appealing displays and effective cross merchandising of product.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards.

Requirements:
