Job summary

Busch’s Fresh Market in Michigan is hiring for a meat/seafood service position at the service counter. You will assist guests with questions, recommendations and special orders, prepare products, merchandise, maintain cases, and uphold high hospitality standards to create a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 3 years’ experience in meat/seafood service.
• Knowledge of cooking and preparation techniques of meat/seafood products.
• Food safety certification.
• Proficient merchandising skills to create fresh and appealing displays and effective cross merchandising of product.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards.

Requirements:
