Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Seafood Associate to prepare, display, and sell seafood and related products in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include trimming, weighing, packaging, labeling, and assisting customers with product information.

Must be 18+ years old, trained in food handling, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A team environment with safety and quality focus is essential, with emphasis on accurate scales, packaging, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling seafood items.
• Ensure coolers/freezers are organized and stock is properly rotated.
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and shopping areas following safety procedures.
• Follow governmental product origin labeling and safety regulations.
