Jungle Jim's in Cincinnati is seeking a Seafood Clerk for part-time and full-time roles. You will meet hundreds of diverse customers daily, helping them select the highest quality seafood from around the world and representing a welcoming, hardworking team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of seafood preparation OR a desire to learn.
• Knowledge of perishables, product rotation, and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
• Engage with customers to make them feel welcome and excited about our products and services.
• Fulfill customer orders and requests in a timely, efficient and cheerful manner.
• Use a variety of cutting tools safely and correctly.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and safety of seafood at all times.
• Process and prepare a variety of seafood to specifications with minimal waste.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain existing product displays.
• Build and dismantle product displays as required.
• Check in deliveries and inspect for quality, completeness, and document accuracy.
