• Able to lift 50-90 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated conditions (42–55°F).

• Weigh, label, and package orders accurately based on customer specs.

Job Title: Fish Processor & Packer – 2nd Shift
Type: Full-Time
Location: Mentor, OH

Looking to join a fast-paced production team with year-round stability? A busy seafood processing facility in Mentor seeks reliable, detail-focused individuals to process and pack fresh fish products for retail and wholesale customers.

What You'll Do:

• Trim, skin, debone, and portion seafood using hand tools and knives

• Weigh, label, and package orders accurately based on customer specs

• Operate within food safety and cleanliness standards (FDA/GMP)

• Maintain a clean, organized work area in a cold production environment

• Assist with shift cleanup and cross-train in related warehouse tasks

• Use scanning equipment and basic tracking systems

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience with knives or food processing preferred

• Comfortable working in refrigerated conditions (42–55°F)

• Able to lift up 50-90 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

• Willing to work 2nd shift and weekends as needed
