Job summary

Seafood Processing & Manufacturing in Fall River, MA is seeking a General Labor to join the production team. You will assist with processing, sorting, weighing, and packaging seafood products. Shift starts at 5:30am or 6am. This hands-on role offers opportunities to contribute across processing, packaging, and sanitation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in seafood processing or food production preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable with consistent attendance.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable in refrigerated, cold and wet environments with instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, sorting, weighing, and packaging seafood products.
• Prepare products for packaging and shipment according to production requirements.
• Inspect seafood products for quality and remove those that do not meet standards.
• Label, seal, box, and palletize finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
