Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Meat/Seafood department. Support the day-to-day operations of the Meat/Seafood department. Minimum requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic math knowledge (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Current food handler permit upon employment
  • Knife handling skills and speed

Preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling
  • Seafood and retail experience
  • Second language skills
