Whole Foods Market seeks a motivated Team Member in Illinois to ensure fresh, well-displayed products and outstanding customer service. You will stock, rotate, and merchandise, assist with sampling, and maintain clean, safe store areas.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. No prior retail experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn about all products in department.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing throughout shift.

Responsabilités

• Maintain fresh, appealing displays by checking quality and rotating products.
• Keep cases, shelves, and signage clean and well stocked.
• Assist with sampling areas and maintain cleanliness of cases and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
