• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of Seafood department products (e.g., price, stock, display).
• Perform sanitation duties within Seafood department per corporate and state regulations.
• Maintain high level of customer courtesy and service at all times.
• Ensure accuracy of customer special orders (e.g., shrimp platters).
• Operate seafood department equipment (weight scales, ovens, cleaning utensils).
• Learn and become proficient at setting ice displays to corporate standards.
• Perform suggestive selling, sampling and PA announcements to promote sales.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies.
