Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in absence of department manager and assistant manager.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Use store systems for planning, scheduling, CAO and RF unit.
• Maintain fair treatment of co-workers and relationships.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in seafood department including cooking procedures.
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report equipment repairs or maintenance.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
