Responsibilities

• Operate in seafood production area, performing cutting/packing tasks.
• Pull raw fish materials from cooler and convert to finished goods.
• Assist outbound shipping stations and run basic computer reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow HACCP/food safety standards.
• Report any concerns and follow management initiatives.
• Maintain orderly work areas and equipment; help with special assignments.
• Communicate effectively with department coworkers.
• Perform duties in a timely, courteous manner.
