Prepare and display Seafood items for sale in an efficient, sanitary, and artistic manner in accordance with company standards and policies. Perform customer service functions and follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully, providing them with quality foods.
2. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
4. Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods according to standards, recipes, and policies, complying with Food Safety Policies and Procedures and Health Department regulations.
5. Perform required temperature monitoring.
6. Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
7. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
8. Maintain carts, tools, equipment, and supplies in designated areas.
9. Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils following company and health policies.
10. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, and space allocation.
11. Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained properly and safely.
12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
13. Be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
14. Operate cash register according to procedures, if applicable.
15. Perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
