Job Description

Prepare and display seafood items for sale in an efficient, sanitary, and artistic manner in accordance with company standards and policies. Perform customer service functions and follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Wait on customers promptly and cheerfully, providing high-quality foods.
2. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
4. Unload, store, prepare, and display foods per company standards, recipes, and policies, complying with Food Safety Policies and Health Department regulations.
5. Perform temperature monitoring to ensure product safety and quality.
6. Maintain product quality, ensuring freshness and safety.
7. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
8. Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and supplies.
9. Properly sanitize cookware and utensils according to policies.
10. Ensure proper signage, product rotation, freshness, and space allocation.
11. Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
12. Adhere to all policies, laws, and regulations.
13. Be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
14. Operate cash register as applicable.
15. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
