What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to reservations and company products
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits and upselling travel options
- Proactively assist customers and Travel Advisors in resolving reservation issues
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members through oral and written communication
- Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and utilize feedback to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment
- Proficiency with computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
