Job summary

SDS RX is seeking an Area Manager to oversee regional logistics operations with a focus on cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

The role requires coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution, while leading regional staff and monitoring KPIs to drive improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or 4 years equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related role required.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution practices required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills required.
• Proven ability to manage a broad base of customers and maintain high satisfaction levels required.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize operations required.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills required.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems required.

Responsibilities

SDS RX Area Manager

This role requires a flexible schedule, with on-site support from 4:00 AM–10:00 AM, followed by remote work from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Regular travel required per business needs.

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
