Lavu is seeking energetic, driven professionals with technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Team. You will help build our sales foundation through prospecting restaurant owners and demonstrating the value of Lavu's solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate with our inside sales team to qualify deals and drive growth.

Your role involves understanding the needs of restaurant operators, overcoming objections with grit, and becoming an expert in our products. You will use your persuasive skills and passion to generate qualified opportunities, documenting and tracking prospects for our account executives. Your outbound sales approach includes making 100+ calls daily and emailing prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (100+ outbound calls daily)
  • Research and prioritize prospective restaurants
  • Create positive first impressions and demonstrate Lavu's benefits
  • Work with the inside sales team to deliver qualified leads
  • Engage in outreach via email and phone
  • Schedule product demos for sales teams
  • Perform needs assessments with prospects
  • Partner with sales reps to gain experience

Working Conditions
