A leading staffing firm is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to manage recruiting within a facility. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, developing recruitment plans, and participating in job fairs. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with ATS. A competitive hourly salary of $22.64 - $33.96 is offered, along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
As a Seasonal SGD Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan, that you’ll develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.
Indianapolis, IN (Remote)
$22.64 - $33.96 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
