Job summary

Shrive Technologies is seeking a hands-on leader to run the testing organization in Plano, TX. You will shape test strategy, automation frameworks and architecture, driving cost, quality and effectiveness across projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements, design scripts, review code, and evolve advanced testing strategies while mentoring the automation team to raise capabilities and output.

Hands-on leader in testing organization.

Hands-on leader in testing organization. In-depth understanding of smart meter test methodologies. Study test frameworks in market, perform technical analysis and design software/firmware automation test architecture.

Provides overall leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design and advanced Test Management strategies. Main objectives are improvement in testing effectiveness, cost and quality.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements.

Lead the design, development, debugging and implementation of test automation. Plan the schedule.

Lead script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices.

Responsible for the research and implementation of advanced features. Provide consultation on the most complex testing strategies

Provide training and technical support to the test program users. Develop and enhance the automation skills within the team.

Responsible for the design, enhancement and future growth of test automation architecture and framework.
