Job summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP in the United States is seeking a skilled SDET II to deliver high-quality testing solutions for client engagements. You will act as an individual contributor, shaping testing strategies and collaborating with Deloitte teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

This role requires 4+ years of QA/Testing experience, expertise in automation tools, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 3+ years defining testing strategy for large-scale programs and leading testing efforts.
• Experience with system integration, UAT, and performance testing.
• Experience with at least two: TOSCA, TMO, mobile testing, automation testing, SAP testing, data testing.
• 3+ years driving QA processes and gaining delivery buy-in from executives.
• Experience with Test and Defect Management tools – MicroFocus, ALM, JIRA.
• Experience across client-server, SOA, web, mainframe, and three-tier architectures.
• Experience with MicroFocus UFT, Rational Tooling, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman, RESTAssured, Mockito.
• Experience in Shell, VBScript, Perl or Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as an individual contributor with hands-on QA skills, interfacing with clients and Deloitte teams.
• Help create testing solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
• Work as a valued member of the QA team, testing of custom technology solutions.
• Lead testing efforts across all phases of testing (SI, UAT, performance).
