We are currently seeking a SDET Engineer (Onsite) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) with 8+ years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, and software development. This hands-on role will focus on building scalable automation frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SDET, QA Automation, or Quality Engineering experience with strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js .

• 5+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools .

• 5+ years API testing experience with REST services , utilizing tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, and Postman .

• 5+ years experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI , with proficiency in Git/GitHub .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Java/Spring Boot , microservices, cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ), and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Docker and Kubernetes

• Performance and security testing

• Datadog, Splunk, or other observability tools

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,800.00 - $145,200.00 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
