Qualifications

• Experience building scalable test automation frameworks.
• Ability to articulate testing rationale to teams.
• Experience with UI and API testing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/security/compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria.
• Build and evolve test automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
• Migrate from legacy frameworks to unified automation.
• Collaborate with developers to run tests in CI pipelines.
• Design and validate complex workflows not yet automated.
• Develop automated API tests and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to test architecture decisions.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data validation.
• Mentor peers and champion QA practices.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and defects.
