Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale software applications, tools, or services.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Experience programming with at least one language such as C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered test frameworks to migrate manual tests to automated solutions.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate test case generation and maintenance.
• Build scalable test automation infrastructure for desktop (Electron), web, mobile, and API testing.
• Develop fully automated multi-stage CI/CD pipelines for test execution.
• Implement static analysis tools for early defect detection.
• Create rapid feedback testing that supports parallel executions.
• Drive test design standards, reviews, and quality metrics.
• Mentor team members on test automation and AI-assisted testing.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve testability in system design.
