What you’ll bring to the table:

• A minimum of 6+ years in a senior testing engineering role, with a strong focus on automated testing using Java and Selenium.
• Proven hands-on experience testing applications deployed in an AWS cloud environment, with expertise in AWS services such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and more.
• Ability to craft and maintain robust test automation frameworks, and write complex SQL queries to validate backend data and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience working with testing tools such as qTest, JIRA, and monitoring platforms like Dynatrace, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in testing distributed, web-based, and message-driven applications, with a keen eye for identifying risks and automating to minimize errors.

Nice to have:

• AWS certifications like AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
• Familiarity with tools such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and testing across multi-layered applications.
• Experience in financial services, credit card processing, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, version control (Git), and automation frameworks for cross-platform testing.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts within modern cloud-based architectures.
