Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Software Development Engineer for the AWS Quick RAG team in Seattle, WA. You will design and build scalable ingestion pipelines handling multi‑modal content with CV/ML tech to power Quick Suite's document processing and search. You will work with Bedrock, ECS, DynamoDB and tackle distributed systems at scale.

The role emphasizes collaboration, system architecture, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering features that impact enterprise customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
2+ years designing or architecting new and existing systems.
1+ years SDE or related occupational experience.
1+ years designing and developing large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, distributed software applications.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed ML systems and large‑scale solutions.
Collaborate to influence team strategy and define roadmaps.
Drive system architecture and best practices for quality products.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and discussions.
