Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Software Development Engineer for the AWS Quick RAG team. You will design, build, and optimize distributed ML systems handling multi-modal content, with ingestion pipelines processing millions of documents at scale.

You will collaborate across teams using Bedrock, ECS, and DynamoDB, mentor others, and help shape the product roadmap in a fast-paced AWS environment. Seattle-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in design/architecture of systems.
• 1+ years developing large-scale distributed software.
• Experience with OO design and at least one language.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed ML systems at scale.
• Influence team roadmaps and drive architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
