Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience with Perl, C/C++, or Java.
• At least 2+ years SQL experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism and perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop monitoring solutions and troubleshoot/debug production software issues.
• Fix internally developed code (Perl, C/C++, Java) and run SQL queries.
• Improve metrics gathering and update documentation for systems.
• Collaborate on Amazon Corporate and Divisional software projects.
• Automate support processes and enhance existing software.
