The role is critical in developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing fixes for internally developed code, with a direct impact on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring solutions to scrutinize our features effectively.
• Troubleshoot and debug internally developed code, primarily Java, and perform necessary SQL queries to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with development teams on Clients' Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance current software.
• Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems.
• Regularly update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability.
