Job summary

Amazon seeks a Software Development Engineer II for AWS Security Hub to design and build scalable security integrations across cloud providers. You will own data ingestion pipelines, implement secure auth with OAuth and OIDC, and shape end-to-end requirements with product and partner teams.

You will mentor engineers, maintain runbooks and on-call readiness, and contribute to a culture of quality. This role offers growth in a fast-moving AWS security environment with broad impact on customer risk

Qualifications

4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

Design and build service integrations using OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Develop data ingestion pipelines for infrastructure data and security findings across cloud providers.
Own requirements end-to-end by collaborating with product, UX, console, and partner teams and translating into designs and production-ready software.
Mentor peers through code reviews and maintain software quality.
Own operational health: alarms, dashboards, runbooks, on-call rotations, and root-cause resolutions.
