Job summary

Propio Language Services in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join the WFOS Engineering team. You will help deliver regular releases for web and mobile applications in a collaborative Agile environment.

Requirements include 3–5+ years of software development, RESTful API experience, and proficiency with TypeScript, ExpressJs, Node, C#, .NET Core, EF, and AWS. Strong problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Fast learner capable of picking up new libraries and frameworks.
• Self-starter and strong team player with good organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities.
• AWS and container experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship code and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Design and implement features for web and mobile apps using TypeScript, ExpressJs, Node, C#, .NET Core, EF, AWS.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality before testing/production.
• Contribute to product documentation, diagrams, and process flows.
