Job summary

Amazon seeks a Software Development Engineer II to design and build the systems powering Amazon's next-generation Lists and Collaborative Shopping experiences.

You'll work on services that power these experiences, applying AI-native capabilities, and own end-to-end delivery across the full stack—from backend services to APIs and ecosystem integrations—collaborating with scientists, product managers, and designers to ship customer-facing features the millions rely on daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
