EY is seeking an FSO Technology Business Senior Analyst to join our US-based Service Delivery Center. You will design, build/configure, test, analyze, deliver, and support technology solutions as part of a project team.

The role requires adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and collaboration with advisory professionals. You will gather requirements, document use cases, run workshops, and ensure IT translations meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1+ year as a Business Analyst or similar role with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Knowledge of scrum ceremonies.

The opportunity

As an FSO Technology Business Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners
• Knowledge of scrum ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and identify solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
• Experience project management, or a related field is beneficial.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:
• New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $66,600 to $123,200
• Bay Area California offices – $69,300 to $128,500
• All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $55,400 to $113,000
• Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
