SD/WH Semi Drive and Warehouse Associate

Under the direction of the Warehouse General Manager, the Warehouse Associate plays a key role in efficiently loading and unloading merchandise while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently. This position includes a structured development track, with training for supervisory responsibilities, including key holder duties and assisting with opening and closing the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks) following safety protocols.
• Receive, sort, and store stock to optimize space and organization.
• Pick and prepare orders to meet shipping deadlines.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Provide outstanding customer service during customer pick-ups, ensuring order accuracy and assistance with loading merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate customer concerns and requests to management in a timely manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures and key holder duties as part of development track.
• Properly handle chemicals following company and DOT safety procedures where applicable.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 100 lbs, and climbing.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 34 feet when using lift equipment.
• Potential exposure to chemicals related to pool and spa products.
• Fast-paced pick/pack environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Schedule & Availability

• Primarily day or evening shifts, with some weekends and holidays as needed.
