Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States. You will contribute to requirements elicitation, guide design discussions, and participate in coding to enhance SD-WAN and cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You’ll coordinate testing, documentation, and user training while addressing production issues to improve reliability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, potential relocation/travel, and US work authorization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Document assigned parts of business requirements per guidance.
• Facilitate design discussions; document design decisions for the team.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques and support activities.
