Qualifications

• Master’s degree in art, design, or related field by date of appointment.
• One semester of teaching experience at the college level.
• Master of Fine Arts (MFA) preferred by date of appointment.
• Ability to teach sculpture (woodworking, metalworking, mixed media) at all levels.
• Engagement with contemporary art practices as artist/designer/educator.
• One year of college-level teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses from Foundations to senior projects.
• Maintain a four-course (12 hours) teaching load per fall and spring term.
• Participate in service at School, College, and University levels.
