• Need a strong ScrumMaster with PM experience so that ultimately they could operate interchangeably. Need to have middle/back office experience (regulatory, settlement, reporting exposure)
• MUST HAVE STRONG TRANSFORMATION EXPERIENCE. Ability to tackle large-scale change is critical
• Necessary tools: JIRA, confluence, JQL, Co-Pilot
• Certifications are strongly preferred: SAFE, Scrum
