Job summary

Infosys invites a Domain Consultant 2 to analyze client business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and align them with industry standards. The role involves benchmarking, documenting configurations, and drafting SOPs to ensure smooth operations within the SURE unit.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct product research, and support implementation while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and domain expertise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solutions with domain insights.
• Document system customizations and workflows; draft SOPs and workflows.
• Conduct in-depth third-party product research, comparing features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation and support in SOP maintenance for stability.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master with stakeholder management, facilitation.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
• Experience in Utilities domain knowledge.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).
• Experience in Project Management

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
