Donnelly & Moore Corporation in New York City is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive AI-enabled employee experience initiatives in a HYBRID role (3 days onsite). You will partner with product, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, coordinating cross-team dependencies, keeping teams focused on outcomes, and supporting continuous improvement in a product-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Help the team stay focused on prioritized outcomes and measurable value.
• Support continuous improvement within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team.

Our Utility Client in Downtown, NYC is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who has experience with AI for a 12+month HYBRID (3 days onsite) role.

Technical Skills

Must Have

• ability to use agile metrics
• Agile experience

• scrum master experience
• strong facilitation and communication skills
• strong organization and prioritization skills

Nice To Have

• experience in a product-oriented Agile environment
• experience with AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives
• experience with cross-functional technology teams
• Scrum/Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)

The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI, producvitiy, and workplace technology solutions. The role will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospecitves;
• Identify and remove impediments
• Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes
• Support continuous improvement

The Scrum Master will partner closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
