Scrum Master Senior Analyst - EviCore - Remote (Finance)

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Claims Systems Operations team. This role is key to fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that delivers valuable claims system solutions. You'll champion Agile values, facilitate team ceremonies, and remove obstacles to ensure successful product delivery.

What you'll do to make a difference:

Agile Facilitation & Execution

• Lead PI Planning prep and execution, including PI objectives and ART risk identification.
• Facilitate iteration events: Backlog Refinement, Planning, Syncs, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Align with Product Owners and stakeholders on goals and priorities.

Team & Workflow Optimization

• Use Kanban boards and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery quality.
• Build psychologically safe, high-performing Agile teams with shared definitions of done.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to enhance ART performance and strategic alignment.
